This incident affected: United States Applications (Calix Service Cloud (calixcloud.calix.com), Calix Engagement Cloud (calixcloud.calix.com), Calix Operations Cloud, Calix Deployment Cloud) and United States APIs (CSC API, Usage API, Upload API).
